Sunday Review

It was great to get back to Intl Church today. I enjoyed church in Bali. The church there was more beautiful from a visual perspective, but there is something about worship among friends. Additionally, it was great to hear pastor Danny preach.

The sermon was about how do we really love God? He talked from John 21 where Jesus restores Peter after the denials and resurrection. He made the point that three times Jesus asks Peter, "Do you love me?" And then the passage talks about making Jesus (God) a priority, serving him and then having the privilege of suffering for and like him. Very powerful stuff.

But probably the highlight was taking the Elisha Children's Home kids to KFC after church and running into Chicky and the KFC kids entertainment team. A great surprise!

All in all it was a great day to worship the Lord. I was refreshed, challenged and inspired. How about you?
