Easter was a blast!
We had a great Easter weekend. Laura and I took Jake to the Library for an Easter Story and Egg Hunt. I was a little disappointed when the story teller told the kids that the reason for Easter was the Easter bunny. :( But what do you expect? Other than that it was a good time and he was a very good story teller.
Then church was awesome. The sermon connected based on feedback and the choir was super. I'm looking forward to having a week off. The family is heading out to Singapore tomorrow for three days. I'll be back on Sunday, but won't be preaching. That way I get to be fully present with my family on the short holiday in Singapore. I'm looking forward to hearing the guest preacher. He's part of our own congregation - so that's always cool.
